Would like it to be fleece lined for warmth, but more importantly, the opening stays up and open.

I got my chihuahua a cat bed at walmart that sounds exactly like what you are looking for.

I got my chihuahua a PetMate Burrow Bed, available on line. He loves it so much, I bought another. One for upstairs, one for down.
